WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Most orders of in-stock items will ship out as soon as the order is processed which may vary based on the item size and complexity of the item after the order is placed.

Please keep in mind, orders do not ship on weekends or on these US holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.

Orders shipped via USPS will not ship on holidays observed by the US Postal Service, such as President’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, etc.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes we currently ship  to almost every country around the world!

HOW QUICKLY ARE ORDERS DELIVERED AFTER SHIPMENT?

Once your order is processed and leaves the warehouse, your item will be delivered within 10-20 days since our products are unique so not everything comes from the US.These items ship via USPS and all have tracking numbers. 

For items purchased form our custom designs collections, your item will be delivered within 4-10 days after the order is processed. Our team does its best to ship your order as soon as possible. If you're still not sure, just email us. We're happy to help.

Orders shipped via UPS will not be delivered on Saturday, Sunday, or national holidays. UPS does not ship to PO Boxes.

When shipping to a PO Box or an APO/FPO address, your order will be delivered by the US Postal Service. 

International shipping methods:

  • International Standard — Delivers in 2-6 weeks after being processed, unless delayed in customs. 

CAN MY ORDER BE DELIVERED ON THE WEEKEND?

Orders will not be delivered on the weekend. However, the US Postal Service does deliver some items on Saturdays, so if you choose Standard Shipping, your order may arrive on a Saturday with your regular mail delivery.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

The tracking number associated with your order will be sent in your shipping confirmation email. If you didn’t receive, or cannot find your shipping confirmation email, please contact us and we will send you your tracking number directly.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Orders are processed very quickly to ensure the fastest delivery possible. Because of this, an order usually cannot be changed or cancelled once it has been submitted. Please be sure to check all information very carefully before placing your order. If you discover a mistake, please contact us and let us know asap. 

MY ORDER HAS ALREADY SHIPPED. CAN I HAVE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS CHANGED?

The shipping address for orders that are already on their way to you cannot be changed.

USPS is not able to change delivery addresses once an order has been shipped.

Please be sure to check all information very carefully before placing your order.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM I’VE PURCHASED?

If you need to return an item or exchange it for a different size, just contact us and let us know the reason, and we’ll help right away. Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund or an exchange. Please see our Refund Policy for more information on returns and exchanges. WHAT IF I ORDER SOMETHING THAT’S OUT OF STOCK?

We work very hard to prevent this from happening. Occasionally, however, orders might slip through that contain out-of-stock items. In these cases, out-of-stock item(s) or your entire order may be cancelled; you will, of course, receive a refund to your credit card for any items that cannot be shipped. We will also contact you to let you know that your order has been modified.

WILL I BE CHARGED A CUSTOMS FEE FOR MY ORDER?

All orders shipped outside the United States may be assessed customs fees by the government of the destination country. The shipping fees charged for your order do not include custom fees. If you’re unsure of your country’s laws and policies regarding customs fees, please contact your local customs office. We strongly recommend you familiarize yourself with the customs charges in your country before you place an order.

How do I exchange a shirt for a different size?

If your shirt doesn’t fit and you need to exchange for a different size, please follow these instructions. First, make sure that you have not worn or washed your item (besides trying it on).  

  • Make sure to include details on the correct size and style needed sent back.  
  • You have 30 days to exchange your item.
    • Please Note: Customer pays return shipping on refunds exchanges. The USPS has the best rates in our experience, but you can ship back to us any way you like. If you have a question about your return, contact us at Support@zamavi.com or live chat us on our website!

What do I do if I received the wrong shirt or my shirt is defective?

  • If this happens, we are truly sorry. Please email us at Support@zamavi.com or live chat us on our website and tell us your order number and what the problem is.
  • We will take care of you and cover all costs of getting you the right shirt. We will send you a new shirt and you pay the return shipping to send back to us. After we inspect the product for damages we will refund you. We are humans and do make mistakes. We will make sure to correct the issue as soon as possible.

    I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?

    • Since we have a high demand and we have a large assortment of products not stocked in house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way.

    Will I be refunded for a promotional item?

    • Free Promotional Items: Due to the nature of these free promotional items, there is no refund applicable because you are not paying for the item. You pay for shipping, but that cost is not refundable because it goes towards actually shipping the item.

    How long will it take for my custom design product to arrive?

    • This depends on the product ordered. Most of our t-shirts and apparel products are printed on demand. It typically takes about 4-10 days to get your shirt printed, shipped, and delivered. All shirts ship from our US print facility and travel via UPS to your address, tracking numbers available.

    What type of t-shirts do you print on?

    • We print on the finest, softest, comfiest tees and we are sure that you will be satisfied with the quality and design of our custom t-shirts.

    How are your shirts printed?

    •  We use a world class infrastructure for screen printing, DTG printing, and sublimation. The style of printing is determined by the product you purchased. Our primary print style is Direct to Garment (DTG), which is a method where the printer directly applies ink onto the t-shirt with inkjet technology.
    •  Understanding DTG Printing: It involves a special printer, which prints the ink directly onto the garment for the design. DTG uses specialty inks, which are absorbed by the fibers of the garment. This allows high quality and colorful designs, plus fast turnaround.

    Where do your non-customized products come from?

    ZAMAVI is all about bringing you unique and specialty items that you wont find anywhere else. So we source items from all over the world. Because while some of our items do come from right here is the US, there are many items that are simply not available stateside. To keep a diverse group of products you will love, we go far and wide to find the best manufacturers designing the coolest stuff.
